Our company headquarter is located in Poland and all the production appeared and based there.
We always try to keep a guarantee for the highest quality and most trendy design of each #itsmilla dress. All the items are handcrafted and made with true love.
We will be happy to see you in our hometown!

Unfortunately, there is no physical store of the Milla brand. But we will be happy to assist you with all your questions and provide all the necessary information, so you can for sure find your perfect dress.

Please be advised that taxes may apply.
Please note that the costs associated with shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable if collected. Additionally, any expenses related to the return shipping and duties will be the responsibility of the buyer.

You can easily shop with/without creating an account.

However, if you register with us, you’ll enjoy the following benefits:
1. Track your orders and review past purchases.
2. Request an exchange or return directly from your account.
3. Add pieces you love or missed out on to your Wish List.
4. Save your address and card details so you can shop even more quickly in the future.

The order processing normally takes:

  • 1-2 business days for all in-stock items
  • 5-7 business days for not-in-stock items.

Take note, that the production of customized dresses can take a bit more time as our specialists start to create a gown from the beginning.

This is necessary to know that orders are not processed or shipped on the weekends or holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery for expedited shipping options.

Please, take into account that during sales periods the order processing could require 2-3 extra days.

USA & Canada

Options for in stock items that are available at warehouses and ready to ship:

Express Order: 1 business day processing plus 1-7 business days delivery. 

For orders less than $400, express delivery will cost $49. For orders over $400, express delivery will cost $29.

Standard Order: 1 business day production plus 3-11 business days delivery for all items.

Options for all items available at online store:

Standard Order: 7 business days production plus 5-7 business days delivery for all items.

Pay attention to the new terms: For all purchases priced below $400, a nominal delivery fee of $29 will be applied.

Orders over $400 have a standard delivery fee of $9.

Europe

Options for in stock items that are available at warehouses and ready to ship:

Standard Order: 1 business day processing plus 5-7 business days delivery for all items.

Options for all items available at online store:

Standard Order: 7 business days production plus 3-5 business days delivery for all items.

Options for in stock items that are available at warehouses and ready to ship:

Express Order: 1 business days processing plus 2-7 business days delivery.

Options for all items available at online store:

Standard Order: 7 business days production plus 6-14 business days delivery for all items.

Please pay attention to the fact that we create every single dress individually and each item is produced in dedication to each order.

Normally, the production period contains up to 7 business days, depending on:

1) quantity of items included in the order;
2) dress complexity and specifics;
3) availability of all the necessary information for production ( size and colour confirmation, customisation details, etc.).

Please note that the costs associated with shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable if collected. Additionally, any expenses related to the return shipping and duties will be the responsibility of the buyer.

We also have ready to ship items that are in stock and available to be shipped ASAP. Please note that dresses might be shipped from two different warehouses in USA and Ukraine.

Processing of these items contains up to 2 business days.

Once your order has arrived at the post office in your country you can expect it to take between 1-3 business days!

Our dresses ship with the Delivery At Place method, requiring the recipient's signature. Do not change the delivery method, otherwise, we can not guarantee its arrival. If the customer itself changes the delivery method for Front Door or Backyard, without a signature, we are not responsible for the parcel and its loss. 
If you need your item(s) sooner please contact our team directly via email at customercare@itsmilla.com. Any shipping costs are nonrefundable.

We do not process or ship orders on the weekends or holidays.

Milla is not responsible for delays due to local disruptions.

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched. Please note, that this can take longer during sales.

Once your order has left us, you’ll receive an automatic message on your phone and email with your tracking information, so you can follow its progress. 

You can also check the status of your delivery using your order number and email by the link Track Order.

In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The exception to this is for parcels being sent to European countries (despite the UK).

You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs.

Milla has no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by the charges you were not expecting.

Our gowns are designed by using a specially created Size Chart.

We have a lot of dresses that personal measurements can create. You can note your bust, waist, and hips parameters, provide bra cup size or change the dress/corset length – make it a bit longer or shorter. Here is our page where you can Customise your dress

Take note that customised dresses are non-returnable and non-refundable. Get full access to our Customization Policy on the website directly.

Exchanging or returning an item couldn’t be easier. Try your dress on in the comfort of your own home and let us know straight away if you’d like to return/replace/exchange it.

Items must be returned to us unused with all Milla tags and designer labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.

Returns may be requested through the Return Form. Do not return anything without obtaining a return authorization. Non-authorized returns will not be refunded.

As soon as you’ve decided you’d like to exchange or return, you have 30 days from the date you received your order to follow the below steps:
- submit your request via the Return Form;
- when the request is approved it means we have sent you all return/exchange instructions to the email you used during the order purchase;
- follow the instructions sent and fill in your return/exchange request with a return tracking number right after you ship an order back;
- you receive an email notification as soon as your return shipment arrived, passed quality control, and has been refunded.

The replacement/exchange process starts right after your previous order was received successfully.
