Exchanges And Refunds
View all help topicsDue to their unique characteristics, some of our items must fulfil the following criteria to be returned or exchanged:
- Clothes: must be returned in new, unworn condition with original tags attached; must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odours, stains, or any other signs of wear to be eligible for a refund.
- Accessories: must be returned with the bag or the original cardboard packaging intact.
- Customisable items: these items cannot be exchanged or returned, as they have been customised.
- Packs: items forming part of a pack cannot be returned separately.
- Special packaging and additional accessories: items with special packaging (fabric bags, special boxes, carriers, etc.) or additional accessories must be returned with said packaging or accessories in the same condition.
