How to return

Items purchased through itsmilla.com can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns received after this period will not be eligible for a refund or credit. Please allow up to 10 days from the arrival of your return at our facility for inspection and processing. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

To qualify for a refund, items must be new, unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. No makeup, alterations, stains, or signs of wear are allowed.

Remember: shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. Additionally, if a buyer declines to accept a parcel, the costs of return shipping and duties will be the buyer's responsibility.

To initiate a return, please complete the Return Form carefully, as it cannot be resubmitted. Do not return any items without obtaining return authorisation. Only authorised returns will be refunded.

Return, exchange, and refund requests are processed only on business days. We do not handle return-related requests on weekends, but we will address them promptly on Monday. We reserve the right to cancel orders if we detect unusual or excessive return activity.
