How to exchange

We offer a one-time exchange or replacement for returnable items. Once your return is received, the new order will be shipped. Exchanged or replaced items cannot be returned. We reserve the right to cancel orders if we notice unusual or excessive return activity.

To initiate an exchange, please complete the Return Form carefully, as it cannot be resubmitted. Do not exchange any items without obtaining exchange authorisation. Only authorised exchanges will be processed.

Return, exchange, and refund requests are processed only on business days. We do not handle these requests on weekends but will address them promptly on Monday.
