- Earning rewards: To qualify for the referral reward, your invited friends must be new to Milla. Once your invited friend makes a valid purchase, you will receive 1,000 points in your loyalty program account, which can be exchanged for a $50 discount code with no minimum purchase required.
- Expiration dates: The $50 discount code is valid for 180 days from the date it is issued.

How do birthday points work?
Once you've joined the loyalty program, birthday points will be automatically credited to your account on your birthday, as long as you've entered your date of birth in your rewards profile.
How does the "Refer a Friend" program work?
Referral codes are applicable only for new customers. When you refer a friend who has not shopped with us before, they will receive a $50 voucher via email to use at Milla. If your friend places an order using your referral code, you will also earn 1,000 points in your loyalty program account, which can be redeemed for a $50 discount code.
Your friend’s $50 voucher can be used immediately, while your 1,000 points will be available for redemption 30 days after your friend places their order.
What are the pending points?
Points earned from orders or referrals will be labeled as ‘Pending’ in your account and will become available for redemption 30 days after the purchase or referral date. Points earned from other activities will be available for redemption immediately.
We keep points in a pending status to account for potential returns, ensuring that your redeemable points remain unaffected. If you return any items, the corresponding points will be deducted.
Can I redeem points and use another discount code at the same time?
No, you may use either points or a discount code, but not both simultaneously.
Do returns affect my points?
Points earned: If you return an item, the points you earned for that item will be deducted. To avoid impacting your available (redeemable) points, we mark them as ‘Pending’ until the return period ends.
Points redeemed: Any points or discounts applied to the returned order will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.
My points haven’t been added to my account / I’m missing points.
First, please check your ‘Pending’ points to see if they are listed there, as they will remain in this status for 30 days from the date of your purchase.
If your points are not in the pending section and do not appear in your account, please contact us with your recent order number(s) or details of the actions you completed to earn points, and we’ll be glad to assist you!
