Order change or cancellation

If you have placed your order and wish to modify it, here are the answers to some common questions.

CAN YOU CANCEL YOUR ORDER?

You can cancel your purchase as long as the order status allows it. Cancellation is possible until the order is dispatched. Please contact our customer support team at customercare@itsmilla.com to request a cancellation.

CAN YOU CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS OF YOUR ORDER?

You can change the delivery address as long as the order status allows. Contact our customer support team at customercare@itsmilla.com to make the change. Once the order is dispatched, changing the delivery address is no longer possible.

CAN YOU CHANGE THE ITEMS IN YOUR ORDER?

Once your purchase is complete, you cannot delete or change items. If needed, you can request an order cancellation, and our customer support team will assist you in creating a new order. Alternatively, you can manage a return or an exchange after receiving your order.
