Taxes and duties

When placing an order, customs duties and taxes for your country will be calculated at checkout. We offer two options:

• DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) Customs duties and taxes are included in your order total and shown at checkout. We handle all customs payments, so no additional taxes are due upon delivery.
• DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) Customs duties and taxes are not included at checkout, and you may need to pay them upon receipt of your goods.

IMPORTANT

• Shipping, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
• We declare the cost of the dress only.
• Orders to the USA are shipped DDP with no additional customs duties or taxes.
• For tax consultations - contact customercare@itsmilla.com or delivery@itsmilla.com.
• For Spain, provide your DNI.
• For Chile, Saudi Arabia, and Peru, provide your TAX ID.
