Sample Policy

Samples purchased through must be returned within 7 days from the moment customer received it.
Returns received after that point will not be refunded or credited.
To send the sample back, please, fill in the form at the Return Center.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer only.

Please allow us up to 10 days from the time your return arrives at our facility for our team to inspect and process your return. You will be notified via email when the return has been processed.

“Sample” option costs 80$.

Items that are missing tags, damaged, or worn will not be refunded.

Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, or any other signs of wear to be eligible for a refund. An original package is preferred.

Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, and SMS confirmation to your phone number provided during the checkout.

Our dresses ship with the Delivery At Place method, requiring the recipient's signature. Do not change the delivery method, otherwise, we can not guarantee its arrival. If the customer itself changes the delivery method for Front Door or Backyard, without a signature, we are not responsible for the parcel and its loss.

Any additional shipping costs, duties and taxes paid are non-refundable.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday only. We do not process or ship orders on the weekends or holidays.

All duties fees are covered by a client and determined and regulated by local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.

We reserve the right to cancel customer orders if we identify unusual or excessive returns activity.
